West Paw pharmacy is the best ever. No one but no can compare. Sam & his entire team are superstars. The customer service is top notch. The delivery men are on time & attentive. Last month Wayne delivered my kids meds & not only was he professional & kind& caring but he wouldn't take a tip because he was running late. This is unheard of. Such a kind & caring person. Very hard to find. I thank you Wayne. And thank you Sam for hiring such an incredible staff.

First time going here, I usually order my stuff from online, but my cat gave birth and I needed go get supplies asap, I didn’t catch the name of the person I spoke to but he was super kind and knowledgeable about everything, he recommended me great products for my cats post birth and gave me great advice. Definitely coming back here in the future. THANK YOU!

Discovered this Pet store yesterday. Found the cutest cat toys and was so happy when Rich approached me and asked, if i needed help to let him know. I immediately mentioned to him I was looking for a cat tree and bingo...he kindly stopped what he was doing to help me. He was a beautiful soul. Rich made my day!!! My Christmas suddenly got better. Not only did I get a beautiful cat tree, it will be assembled for us to pick it up. I'm just to old to put those things together lol. Great store, great service and will definitely be shopping there lots!!! Thank you Rich, see you soon!!!

I personally wouldn’t shop and any other Pet Store in Queens. It is truly remarkable how much Rich & his staff know about the products they sell. No need to Google the products they offer just speak to Rich, he knows everything. I love his consultative approach- I’m not being sold, I’m offered solutions based on my pets needs. Add this shop to the list of hidden gems throughout Sunnyside. As always, Thanks Rich & team!

came here when i first got my kitten and got lots of great food recommendations which my cat absolutely loves and has great ingredients! they always have the brands i personally really love & lots of great treats. some things can be out of stock for a bit though so i recommend stocking up if you see something you want. great staff as well. (got her this absolutely adorable raincoat here too!)

I have an extremely picky cat and it’s nice to know there is a place with great food options near me. Love being able to support local retail. Their cat litter is compatible to online prices.

You can not get better service or a more caring staff. I get compounded medication for my cats here. Sam has somehow come up with a flavor that doesn’t repulse my cat (this is after many attempts from different pharmacies). And did I say…they CARE!

Everytime I've come to this lovely pet shop, the staff are always friendly and helpful with whatever I need . Tonight Jose helped me find the right treats for my cat which are a pain in the butt due to her food allergies. He was so helpful and patient reading through the countless ingredients to make sure I got one that was safe for my sweet cat. Definitely recommend coming here for your pet needs, you will not be disappointed.
